Expected results of work

Preparation of reports for the first, second and third quarters of 2013 and the final report on the results of research, including:

1. Analysis of the market of energy -efficient lighting devices by type (fluorescent tubular, compact fluorescent lamps, LEDs) and capacities (up to 1 watts, from 1 to 5 watts, from 6 to 30 watts, from 30 W and higher).

2. Analysis of the production and sale of lamps and lighting equipment, a comparative analysis of the market capacity, own volumes of production, export and import of electric lamps in the Russian Federation, assessment of the share of imported products in the Russian market of electrical lamps, dynamics of foreign trade in various types of lamps.

3. Inspection of a representative sample of wholesale and retail enterprises that implement energy-efficient lighting devices, a study of the dynamics of sales volumes and assessing the adequacy of supply in the market of lamps of the substitute. Additionally, data on the assortment of energy -saving lamps in the context of type and capacities among wholesale and retail trade in cities of various scale were provided.

4. Analysis of the development of capacities for the production of energy -efficient lamps in the Russian Federation. At the same time, plans for the development of capacities for the production of energy -efficient lamps in the Russian Federation of individual enterprises of manufacturers in general and including the next quarter were taken into account and the potential volume of energy -efficient lamps in the Russian Federation in the next quarter is estimated
