Study of the concrete coatings market

1. Purpose:

The collection of information for the preparation of a technical and economic justification of the project to create the production of water-bosing and electro-insulating coatings for applying to concrete surfaces in accordance with one hundred 7.3-05-13.


2. Project tasks:

2.1 Carrying out comparable analysis: assessment of the main competitors of the product, their market fraction, dynamics of prices for similar products (commodity group).

2.2 Assessment of the alleged sales market in the framework of Gazprom OJSC, the oil and gas complex, the energy complex, the construction of marine structures, and the nuclear industry; Determination of the circle of customers

2.3 Identification of companies - competitors, assessment of their share in the market.

2.4 Formation of a set of measures to promote the product on the market.

2.5 Definition of the recommended level of value taking into account seasonality and technical features.

2.6 Assessment of marketing costs.


3. Products:

Technical description and product features.

The targeted products of this project are Protesil® BHN and Protectosil® CIT.

Protectosil® BHN - easily fluid, colorless, non -solvent liquid based on monomeric alkylalcoxisilane and is 98% aluchylitriexisilane. This product was specially designed to give water -repellent properties to building materials on a mineral basis.

Protectosil® CIT is an advanced system of slowing down corrosion with a low viscosity based on silanian. The coating penetrates deeply into concrete and provides, with the help of organofunctional molecules, a slowdown in the process of electrochemical corrosion, which goes between reinforcing steel and chloride compounds, as well as oxygen and moisture.
