- The most problematic places of lining (example of a slag belt, a converter cream zone pr.)
- Requirements for refractory and lining in terms of operational characteristics (an example of the number of swimming trunks that should withstand the lining)
- Suppliers of refractory
- Satisfaction with the currently consumed refractory.
- Mechanism for decision -making for the purchase of refractory,
- Readiness for cooperation with the new supplier of fireproofs
- Repair /purchase plans for refractory in the near future
