Privacy Policy

This Policy has been developed in accordance with the provisions of the Constitution of the Russian Federation, the Federal Law "On Personal Data", the Federal Law "On Information, Information Technologies and Information Protection" and other regulatory legal acts regulating the protection of personal data.  This Personal Data Privacy Policy (hereinafter — Privacy Policy) applies to all information that we can receive about the User while using the idgroup.se website (hereinafter — Site).

1.1.1. "Administration of the site idgroup.se (hereinafter — Site Administration)" — employees authorized to manage the site who organize and (or) carry out the processing of personal data, as well as determine the purposes of processing personal data; composition of personal data to be processed; actions (operations) performed with personal data. 
1.1.2. "Personal Data" — any information relating directly or indirectly to a specific or identifiable natural person (subject of personal data). 
1.1.3. "Processing of personal data" — any action (operation) or a set of actions (operations) performed with or without the use of automation tools with personal data, including collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification (updating, changing), extraction, use, transfer ( distribution, provision, access), depersonalization, blocking, deletion, destruction of personal data. 
1.1.4. "Confidentiality of personal data" — a mandatory requirement to prevent their distribution without the consent of the subject of personal data or other legal grounds. 
1.1.5. "User of the website idgroup.se (hereinafter referred to as — User)" — a person who has access to the Site via the Internet and uses the Site. 
1.1.6. "Cookies" — a small piece of data sent by a web server and stored on the User's computer, which the web client or web browser sends to the web server in an HTTP request every time it tries to open a page of the corresponding site. 
1.1.7. "IP address" — a unique network address of a node in a computer network built using the IP protocol.  

2. GENERAL 
2.1. The use by the User of the Site and the provision of personal data means acceptance of this Privacy Policy and the terms of processing of the User's personal data. 
2.2. This Privacy Policy applies only when using the idgroup.se website. We do not control and are not responsible for third party websites to which the User can follow the links available on the idgroup.se website.
2.3. The site administration does not verify the accuracy of personal data provided by the User. However, we assume that the User provides reliable and sufficient personal information on the issues proposed in the callback form, the application form for services, and keeps this information up to date.  

3. SUBJECT OF THE PRIVACY POLICY 
3.1. This Privacy Policy establishes the obligations of the Site Administration to not disclose and ensure the privacy protection of personal data that the User provides at the request of the Site Administration when filling out the callback form and placing an application for services. 
3.2. Personal data authorized for processing under this Privacy Policy is provided by the User by filling out a callback form and filling out an application for services. Personal data includes the following information: 
3.2.1. last name, first name, patronymic of the User; 
3.2.2. contact phone of the User; 
3.2.3. e-mail address (e-mail) of the User;
3.2.4. website address of the User;
3.2.5. name of the service ordered by the User.
3.3. The administration protects Data that is automatically transmitted while viewing ad units and when visiting pages on which the system's statistical script ("pixel") is installed:

  •     IP address; 
  •     information from cookies;
  •     information about the browser (or other program that provides access to display ads); 
  •     access time;
  •     the address of the page on which the ad unit is located;
  •     referrer (previous page address).
