Stainless products of the Chepetsk Mechanical Plant

The market research for cold-rolled seamless stainless steel pipes was completed in October 2008.

Industrial Information Agency Study:

- showed a shortage of Russian-made pipes - over 50% of Russian demand was satisfied with deliveries from the factories of Ukraine,

- revealed popular brands and sizes of pipes,

- determined the list of Russian consumers.

For the period from December 2009 to September 2010 ChMP together with CJSC "TVEL-Invest-Technology" 2 tenders won, manufactured, delivered and accepted OJSC "Machine-building plant ZIO Podolsk" stainless steel pipes made of ferritic steel 08X14MF in the amount of 202.5 tons in the amount of 140.2 million rubles.

In 2011, for research, development and technological work on the organization 4 million rubles were allocated for the production of cold-rolled stainless steel pipes

2012 turned out to be a "fruitful" year; for stainless steel events:

• Developed and approved plans for the development of technology for the manufacture of TREX-blanks to ensure

cooperation with LLC "ELEMASH-STP", thin-walled pipes for OJSC "MSZ",

• Pilot blanks were pressed for the manufacture of a thin-walled pipe from 06X18H10T,

• The transaction for the purchase of "ELEMASH-STP" LLC has been completed,

• Together with a foreign partner, a business plan was developed to create the production of stainless steel pipes for special purposes.

• Produced 25.3 tons. stainless products in the amount of 21.9 million rubles.
