JSC «KZSK-Silicon» – a subsidiary under construction of OAO Kazan Synthetic Rubber Plant. The new enterprise will be the first plant in the CIS for the production of methylchlorosilanes - organosilicon materials.
The project is included in the development program of the petrochemical complex of the Republic of Tatarstan and is based on the principles of public-private partnership.
A necessary condition for an open credit line in the amount of 7.8 billion rubles on the part of Vnesheconombank was to conduct an independent pre-investment study of the market of organosilicon materials.
Taking into account Vnesheconombank's thorough approach to evaluating the materials provided, it became necessary for KZSK to involve a company with extensive experience in conducting chemical market research.
Fruitful cooperation on this issue with Industrial Information Agency allowed us to provide the bank with all the necessary information about the market, successfully defend the Project and obtain financing for the construction of the plant.
Construction of the new plant officially began on June 18, 2014 with the financial support of Vnesheconombank within the framework of the federal target program (state customer – Ministry of Industry and Trade of Russia).
