Potassium chloride - a fertilizer used to increase crop yields. Deposits of potassium chloride are concentrated in Canada, Russia, Belarus and a number of other countries.  In Russia, the sale of potassium chloride is monopolized  one enterprise.

Potassium chloride is used not only as an independent fertilizer, but and for the production of complex fertilizers, including phosphorus and nitrogen.

The complex fertilizer manufacturer Akron Company also uses potassium chloride.

The Industrial Information Agency, commissioned by Acron, has prepared an analytical report comparing potash market regulation measures by countries of world to defend its position in the Federal Antimonopoly Service.

Akron makes a decision on the need to create its own enterprise for the extraction of potassium chloride - Verkhnekamsk Potash Company, which won  auction for the right to develop the Talitsky site of the Verkhnekamskoye potassium-magnesium salt deposit.

Vnesheconombank, which participates in the equity and financing of the Verkhnekamsk Potash Company, contributes to the development of the deposit.

To forecast the state of the potash market Verkhnekamsk Potash Company and Vnesheconombank appointed Industrial Information Agency as a contractor for market research. 

Verkhnekamsk Potash Company plans to start production and enrichment of potassium chloride in 2019.
