METHODOLOGY
The study refers to a series of comprehensive studies, as contains the stages of information retrieval, processing and verification of the obtained data by conducting qualitative research.
The most effective methods of this kind of research is a combination of desk methods and the subsequent verification of the data obtained through qualitative research.
When conducting the cabinet part of the study at the stage of collecting information, the following sources were used:
Data of state and customs statistics of the Russian Federation. If necessary, a detailed processing of FCC data.
At the first stage of the work, regarding the analysis of customs statistics, customs codes containing customs declarations for the production of fiber, thread and fabric were selected.
HS Code: 54, 55, and 60.
At the second stage, customs codes were determined, which include declarations for products containing key words, however, for a more accurate analysis, the search for necessary transactions was carried out by all HS codes - 54, 55, and 60.
At the third stage, only polyester fibers, threads and fabrics were selected using the search tools. The estimation of import and export volumes was based on the customs value of the goods in dollars and net weight in kg.
