Study of the market of varietal rental and taking into account such factors as:

I. The market of market research - ferrous metallurgy, rental of a varietal structural average and large, cast steel workpiece of large sizes.

II. Product details:

1. Retail varietal medium -organization:

  • rental of steel round section in rods, including with a surface turning, with a diameter of 40 mm to 140 mm;
  • hexagonal section, with a diameter of an inscribed circle from 32 mm to 75 mm;
  • square section with a side of 40 mm to 140 mm;
  • pipe blank for the production of seamless pipes in diameters from 40 mm to 140 mm;
  • strip rental;
  • The corner is equal and non -leaf, the beam, the channel.

2. Service carriage rental:

  • rental of steel round section, including with a surface turning, with a diameter of 150 mm to 350 mm;
  • square section, with a side of 150 mm to 260 mm;
  • pipe blank for the production of seamless pipes in diameters from 150 mm to 350 mm;
  • The corner of equal -heater and unequal, beam, channel;
  • axial workpiece for the production of the axes of rolling stock and locomotives.

3. A cast steel workpiece with a diameter of 400 to 700 mm.

III. The geographical coating of sales is Russia, the countries of the former USSR, the far abroad.

IV. The study period of time

4. The current position, taking into account statistical information over the past 5 years;

5. The forecast for the medium -term period of time from 5 to 10 years;

6. The forecast for the long term for more than 10 years.

V. Stages, methods, results format and conditions:

Stage 1. Data collection

1.1. Identification of the dynamics of supplies and large consumers (wagon shipments) of the studied types of positions of 2012-2017.

  • The workpiece is steel (axial, pipe)
  • Channel
  • Various types of rolling of ferrous metals (steel strip, bent profiles, varietal steel, etc.)

1.2. Import. Identification and analysis of the dynamics of supplies and significant consumers of the studied products of foreign production in the context of the studied products of 2012-2017.

1.3. Export. Identification and analysis of the dynamics of export supplies of Russian manufacturers in the context of the studied types of products to other countries of 2012-2017.

1.4. The formation of a consolidated database of all potential consumers of the studied products studied in the Russian market (several thousand companies indicating for each company preliminary data (the volume of varietal rental procurement in previous years, a list of purchased varietal rental in previous years, targeted-contract data, financial indicators of 2012- 2017 (revenue, profit). The base will include both significant end consumers in the person of manufacturers of seamless pipes, lobes of rolling stock, and large construction and trading companies).

Based on the data obtained, the company’s base will be formed for further detailed study (for each of the 12 positions, 10-20 significant consumers will be selected).

1.5. For each of the 300 selected companies, as a result of deep and legendary interviews, the following information will be collected and presented:

  • Nomenclature of purchased positions from the studied 12 positions
  • The volume of purchases of the studied types of positions
  • Requirements for the quality (characteristics) of the purchased varietal rental
  • The dynamics of purchases
  • Manufacturers and suppliers with whom they work in this position
  • Plans to change the volume of purchase of this position
  • Conditions and willingness to work with a new manufacturer

1.6. The trends and forecast of the development of all consuming segments based on the analysis of specialized specialized portals for each segment.

1.7. Competitive environment. Based on the survey, a list of the main 10 companies of manufacturers of the studied products will be compiled. For each company, data will be collected by legendary interviews with representatives of companies regarding the dynamics of the development of the production base, development and modernization plans

Stage 2. Preparation of a consolidated analytical report

2.1. Market characteristics.

  • The volume and dynamics of demand for the studied assortment in total and in the context of each of the positions of 2012-2017.
  • Export and import indicators of each of the studied position
  • Product quality requirements,
  • The main trends in the development of market segments, etc.

2.2. Market sectors.

  • Determination of the main segments of consumers,
  • Assessment of segments by attractiveness,
  • Recommendations for market segments for the forecast of sales of studied types of products

2.3. Forecasts and trends of the industry. Market development prospects.

  • The total market turnover,
  • The volume of expected sales for the next 5-10 years is long-term for a period of more than 10 years,
  • Products that are of greatest demand,
  • The main segments of consumers,
  • The relevance of development and production on the basis of market data,
  • Pre -assessment of the expected volume of sales of the company.

2.4. Assessment of a competitive environment, a description of manufacturing companies.

  • Main competing companies for all types of products studied and for each position separately
  • Prices and pricing factors of the studied types of products
