1.1. Identification and study of all railway stations from which Zhuv was shipped in 2016 (project region)
1.2. The following information will be collected at each station:
- The volume of the Juv transshipment in 2016
- the presence of gas -filling stations
- owner of gas supply stations
Chapter 2. Development of recommendations on the points of transshipment of project products from tankers in the railway tank, taking into account the planned volumes of export
2.1. For all identified independent gas supply stations that are not belonging to Sibur, Gazprom, Novatek, Lukoil, the following information will be collected and presented:
- Power on the transshipment of zhuv
- Loading level
- the availability of a valid license for loading and unloading activities in railway transport
- The presence of access roads, overpass.
- the possibility of accumulating and storing LSGs in individual specialized tanks without mixing from the Jew of other companies
2.2. Identification of risks for each gas supply station (road condition, the presence of natural barriers between the shipment point, plans of companies for the sale of this business, etc.)
Chapter 3. Review of the existing infrastructure for transshipment of tank containers from zhuv from vehicles to railway transport in the project of the project
3.1. Identification of storage and overload sites of container-circuit liquefied hydrocarbon gases at the railway station in the project region
3.2. The volume of the Juv transshipment tank containers in 2016 through the railway site of the station
3.3. Identification of organizations carrying out the transshipment of Juv in tank containers (including independent) in the region of the project
Chapter 4. Development of recommendations on the points of transshipment of tank containers, taking into account the planned volumes of export
4.1. List of organizations and points of transshipment of tank containers from zhuv from vehicles to railway transport indicating the volume of transshipment for each point
4.2. Information about the company, the level of reliability of the company that can carry out the transshipment of the zhuv
Chapter 5. The list of potential consumers of the Juv within a radius of no further than 800 km from the planned export points
5.1. Identification of all potential consumers of the Juv in the region of the project. Providing brief information
