The boundaries of the study:
A study of the main international and Russian markets of pre -investment research (hereinafter - PI) and design and survey work (hereinafter referred to as the PIR) of the gas industry, including: measuring the market potential of markets (by regions), the study of market characteristics (according to customers, conditions, etc. d.), conducting an analysis of the distribution of shares of markets between companies, conducting an analysis of factors affecting the development of the market.
1. Development of a classifier of works on Pi and PIR in international and Russian gas and related industries, taking into account their volume and characteristics (region, relief, etc.), including:
- collection of initial data for research on the classification of PI works and a feast using open sources;
- conducting research on the development of criteria and indicators of the classification of PI works and a feast in gas and related industries, including taking into account the specifics of the region, type of business and activity, natural-climatic conditions, relief and other features;
- Development of a classifier of projects on Pi and a feast in gas and related industries.
2. Analysis of the cost indicators of Pi and Pyr, including:
- collection of data on cost indicators of pi and a feast abroad and in Russia;
- conducting studies to identify the main categories of costs of the components of the cost of the work of Pi and PIR;
- Carrying out factor analysis of the impact of the specifics of projects on the costs of the work of PI and PIR.
3. The formation of a register of foreign and Russian companies performing projects on Pi and a feast with their ranking according to the main conditions and parameters of activity, including:
- the formation of a list of international and Russian companies providing appropriate types of services in the international market using open sources;
- collection of information about companies from the list, which should include, including: name, number, region, year of foundation, type of property, types of services provided, experience in the implementation of similar projects (description of the project, volume and specificity of the work), the company's turnover over the last 5 years, the availability of certificates and licenses and others;
- determination of the cost of the services provided in accordance with the previously developed project classifier on the basis of completed projects;
- conducting preliminary ranking of companies according to the main conditions and parameters of their activities.
