The format of information:
- Name of the factory,
- Location (country, address)
- The company-owner of the factory
2. Study of selected 20-30 factories for the production of integrated microcircuits
The format of information:
- a person responsible for ensuring a tungsten hexftoride
- Contact information
- assessment of the volume of purchases of the tungsten hexatoride (possibly a range)
- refinement of the form (gas/liquid)
- Requirements for cleanliness
- degree of interest in obtaining an offer from a new supplier
3. Preparation of a consolidated report based on the results of negotiations.
