1. The goal is to assess the impact of the development of electric car transport in the world on the fuel and energy complex (hereinafter referred to as the fuel and energy complex) of Russia.
2. The objectives of the study:
2.1. Analysis of international forecasts for the development of electric road transport (hereinafter referred to as electric cars) in the world, in various regions of the world (Europe, North America, Latin America, Asia-Pacific), as well as in the countries of the fuel and energy resources in the world, including:
- assessments of the growth of demand for electric cars in the world, in various regions and countries in several scenarios;
- the main measures aimed at stimulating the development of electric vehicles in the countries of the world, and their classification;
- Assessments of the impact of intensive development of the use of electric vehicles in the world on fuel and energy balance in the world, main countries and manufacturers of hydrocarbons.
2.2 Analysis of the main methods of preventing threats and risks associated with the use of electric vehicles that are used in hydrocarbon manufacturers, including:
- analysis of strategies for the main manufacturers of hydrocarbons regarding their expectations regarding the development of electric vehicles in the world;
- analysis of the main threats and risks associated with these processes;
- Analysis of the methods of preventing threats and risks from the intensive development of the use of electric vehicles in hydrocarbon-consumer countries.
2.3. Analysis of risks for the fuel and energy complex and the budget of the Russian Federation caused by the tendency to stimulate the intensive growth of demand for electric cars in the world, including an analysis of the potential of hydrocarbons in Russia until 2035 in the event of scenarios for the intensive increase in demand for electric vehicles in the world.
