1.2. Determination of the basic fundamental characteristics that determine the competitiveness of diesel engines, a given powerful range for the consumer in comparison with analogues. These characteristics should be reflected in a comparative analysis of clause 1.1.

1.3. The key requirements of customers for diesel installations of a given capacity in the context of specific segments (civil and naval shipbuilding; the market of road and heavy special equipment; locomotive construction; low generation installations, including gas units; other industrial units).

1.4. A review of global technological trends in the development of know-how (technical solutions) that ensure the technical growth of product competitiveness (economy, environmental friendliness, ...) in accordance with modern requirements in diesel engineering.

2. Competitive analysis

2.1. The profile of the main foreign manufacturers, whose products are presented on the Russian market in a given powerful range.

a. Description of the product line of each manufacturer, tactical and technical characteristics of each product unit.

B. Assessment of the pricing policy of each individual manufacturer of diesel generators in a given powerful range (discounts, lending, dumping, ...). Analysis of the surplus value chain.

C. Description and assessment of the strategy of entering the Russian market for each manufacturer (dealer/agent network, distribution with consumer support, accreditation under the brand of local manufacturers, joint venture with key players of the industry, production localization in the Russian Federation, pr.)

2.3. Assessment of the secondary market and the market of intermediary services of diesel installations of a given capacity.

Analysis of the needs of the Russian market in diesel engines and power plants on their basis:

3.1. Shipbuilding:

  1. The structure and detailed scheme of the shipbuilding complex: PKB - Builders of the Courts - Operators of the Courts - Park owners - repair organizations - manufacturers of components (the relationship and degree of influence of organizations on each other's activities);
  2. The mechanism for entering the market of military and civil shipbuilding (certification/accreditation issues, mechanism of participation in tenders of public significance). A phased action plan for entering the market for civil shipbuilding projects;
  3. The annual replacement of ship diesel generators on the existing river fleet, indicating the type of installations (in the context of the owners of the courts and executors of these orders, both general and subcontractors);
