Stage 1. Identification and study of operators of gate knife valves among leading enterprises of the mining and chemical industries.
Stage 2. Obtaining data from identified operators of gate knife valves. In total, data on 50 identified operators will be collected and submitted:
- An annual current need for knife gate valves (pcs.)
- Current suppliers and manufacturers of valves
- Requirements for the characteristics of the valves
- Decision -making center and procurement form (closed tender, etc.)
- Procurement prices (if possible)
- The conditions for working with the new manufacturer of the valves (preliminary qualifications, etc.)
- Plans for repair/creation of pulp pipelines with valves
Stage 3. Preparation of a consolidated analytical report
- Assessment of the total amount of demand for gate valves among enterprises of the studied industries in natural and monetary terms.
- Assessment of the structure of demand in the context of segments
- Assessment of the structure of the demand of the context of manufacturers (Russian/foreign)
- Features of demand in the context of segments (technical requirements)
- Case prices for purchased gate valves of companies of the studied industries
- The main players in the market (Russian/foreign manufacturers)
