Stage 1. Search
1.1. Identification of the volumes of purchases in monetary terms for each of the designated groups and positions and the allocation of the TOP-10 of the most significant (in 2017):
- Group "Cleaning and separation devices" (in the context of 9 positions: separators, dividers, scrubberry, adsorbers, degassers, pods, filters for gas and air, gas heaters, heat exchange devices)
- group "Equipment for pipelines" (in the context of all types of detected equipment)
- group "Vessels, containers, tanks" (in the context of 5 positions: vessels, containers, tanks, air collectors, air caps)
- group "Connecting parts" (in the context of 8 positions: bounces, tees, transitions, bottoms, plugs, installation nodes, couplings, hatches)
1.2. For each of the top 10, the following information will be collected and presented
- The total amount of the revealed procurement for 2017 in monetary and natural terms.
- The structure of procurement in the context of type
- the main recipients of the main types of products
- industries of the main types of products
- characteristics of the most popular brands of the main types of products
- assessment of the level of technological readiness to produce this type of product at the current capacities of the customer (readiness level in %, a list of missing equipment and specialists in the opinion of customer experts)
1.3. The allocation of the TOP -3 of the most promising goods, taking into account all factors (an example of a position - plate heat exchangers).
Stage 2. Research
For each of the top-3 stages of stage 1, the following information will be collected and presented:
- the total volume of the Russian market in monetary and natural terms for 2017
- share of imported products (import substitution potential)
- the price of prices for products of foreign and Russian production
- Competitive environment. Number and scale of manufacturers
- production volume and loading level TOP-5 of the main manufacturers
- market forecast until 2022
- positive and negative factors of the entry of a new manufacturer
- assessment of the potential share of the new manufacturer (in monetary terms), provided that competitive prices and quality level are offered
- assessment of the cost of missing equipment and specialists.
