Stage 1. Study of identified manufacturers of gas piston engines:
- total engine production
- the share of the use of engines produced for their own consumption
Stage 2. Analysis of imports and exports of gas piston engines. At the first stage, all transactions containing the supply of gas piston engines to the territory of the Russian Federation are selected. For each transaction, a "investigation" of power was carried out. On transactions, the relevant boundaries of the study carried out a scrupulous analysis and the data was presented in the following format:

3. An expert survey of significant Russian consumers of gas piston engines (among manufacturers of gas piston installations) in order to identify the structure of demand and evaluate the development prospects in the near future. As objects of the study, both the manufacturers of the full cycle and the company produce installations based on engines of other manufacturers (including foreign) are included.
