1. Section. Assessment of import substitution potential for individual engineering segments
1.1. Stage. TOP-5 promising types of engineering products corresponding to the criteria:
- Significant volume of imports from unfriendly countries in 2021
- High share of imports from unfriendly countries regarding all imports
- Import from unfriendly countries many times higher than exports from Russia
- Other criteria in agreement.
Examples of products: road-building equipment and equipment for moving soil and ore (bulldozers, excavators, road rollers), equipment for gases, etc.
Based on the results of the stage, the list is agreed/adjusted with the customer.
1.2. Stage. Collecting and providing for each of the TOP-5 identified types of products of the following data
- The total volume of imports in natural and monetary terms for 2019-2021.
- Import structure for countries and manufacturers
- Characteristics and prices TOP-3 marks
- The presence of this type of product in Russia
- The main Russian consumers of products
2. Section. Identification of foreign companies with a production base in Russia and declare the termination of activities in the Russian market
2.1. Stage. Drawing up a list of foreign manufacturers of machine -building products that localized production in the Russian Federation
2.2. Stage. Collection and provision of information on identified companies
- Company specialization, produced assortment
- Scale of activity
- Owners
- Declared plans for curtailing activities in the Russian Federation
- Contacts of top managers
