2. Geography of the study: Russia.
3. Object of study: investment projects, including within the framework of the implementation of national projects located in the following stages of construction work:
- design work (development of design, design and other technical documentation);
- preparatory work (preparation of the construction site for the production of work on the construction or reconstruction of buildings);
- zero cycle (all work at the facility, which are carried out below the mark V = 0.0 (floor level 1 floor, as well as all underground works);
- construction work (performed during the construction of the building above the floor level of the first floor);
- finishing work and installation of equipment.
4. The industry representation of investment projects (the largest projects in each segment):
- commercial real estate (large separate shopping centers, hypermarkets, warehouse real estate, office real estate);
- residential real estate (housing complexes, objects of integrated development of territories);
- industrial construction (factories, production complexes, industrial buildings and structures);
- transport industry (road and railway facilities, artificial structures);
- NGDO (oil and gas industry facilities);
- mining industry (mining, chemistry and metallurgy (black, non -ferrous));
- forest industry, woodworking;
- electric power (hydroelectric power station, nuclear power plant, TPP, SES, VES, transportation of electric energy);
- APC (food industry, agricultural complexes, greenhouse complexes).
5. Format for providing work results:
- table in Excel format with a single data description format, with the aim of using filters;
The table in Excel format should contain information on the largest investment projects (TOP-20 projects for each industry depending on the investment amount) as of 01.01.2020.
All fields are mandatory for filling out:

1.3 type of investor (state, private, with partial state participation);

1.7 subtype of the object (building, factory, roads, etc.);

1.15 % of the implementation of the project investment;

Additional fields are possible at the discretion of the Contractor.
6. Actualization of the results of work:
- quarterly update of information;
- providing information on new projects (the Contractor informs the customer about the emergence of new projects indicating the amount of investment, and the customer decides to further monitor this project in addition to the existing list or instead of monitoring from the project list).
